The pre-purchase inspection helps a potential real estate buyer to better understand the state of the property at the time of the inspection.
By being present during the inspection, you will learn about the various features of the property. I will also be able to answer questions you may have on any aspect of the property, including the property’s systems and components that are visible and accessible, such as:
- The interior and exterior
- The foundation, structure and roof
- The plumbing, electrical, heating, and central air conditioning systems
- The insulation, windows and ventilation
This inspection will allow me to identify major defects which may lead to a diminished use, enjoyment or value of the property, or which may involve safety hazards for the occupants. I will also take note of the state of the property’s systems and components to provide you with appropriate feedback.
The last step of the inspection involves sending you by email a written computerized report.
